Founded by Eddie and Vesna Hanger, Unlocking My Ability is a growing community built on inclusion, compassion, and empowerment.
Together with a team of allied health specialists, nurses, occupational therapists, paediatricians, and support workers, they help people of all abilities improve strength, confidence, and independence through holistic, person-centred care.
In partnership with their registered provider sister company, Fitrme, specialists in exercise physiology and functional movement, they deliver complete, collaborative support that bridges therapy, fitness, and everyday wellbeing.

Whatever type of gym person you are Eddie is the man for you. He pushes you hard, he makes you laugh, he guides you every step of the way. Small group classes available, cardio, strength, one on one PT and my 9 year old son who is on the Autism Spectrum loves every minute of his training.

Eddie and team are absolutely amazing. My 14 year old son who is diagnosed with ASD is really difficult to get any engagement with and we were starting to think we were not going to find the right place for him. We had a consultation with Eddie and straight away I could see that my son was responding to him where normally he would just sit in silence for any type of therapy sessions. Since starting up at Fitrme my son has come right out of his shell and is not only engaging with Eddie but comes out smiling from his sessions. Autistic? NonVerbal? Anxious? No Prob. Eddie Can Handle it.H My youngest son,17, is Autistic, non-verbal and quite temperamental. Right from the get go, Eddie knew how to motivate, manage and morph his temperament. Within minutes, he deftly mobilised both my son and me to put in some serious effort. What seemed like skilled trickery, we managed to have fun in our first session. And we want to keep coming back. Very strong, positive vibes from him and other members. What's there not to like about FitrMe Fitness Studio and Eddie? An incredible little gem tucked away near Anaconda along Old Geelong Rd. Highly efficient and thoroughly professional set up. Can't believe it's only 8 mths old! Finally, I am beginning to dare to dream good things for my son and meself, fitness wise. Thanks Eddie! Good luck trying to get us to slack off! 5 stars aren't enough, honestly.
